Mold Remediation

Mold can grow when moisture is present inside walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, or other building materials. Our mold remediation process includes inspecting affected areas, setting up containment, using HEPA filtration, removing contaminated materials when needed, HEPA vacuuming, applying antimicrobial treatment, and preparing the area for clearance testing and rebuild.

Our goal is to help prevent cross-contamination and properly treat affected areas before reconstruction begins.

We inspect the affected areas to identify moisture, visible microbial growth, and damaged materials as part of our mold remediation process. Once we determine the scope, we set up containment and utilize HEPA filtration remediation to help prevent cross-contamination to unaffected areas, ensuring effective mold removal services.

After the mold remediation process is complete, a third-party clearance test may be scheduled if necessary. Once the area passes clearance, the HEPA filtration remediation is removed, and the space is prepared for reconstruction or repairs, ensuring that any mold removal services are fully effective.
